Who you are contracting with
Signed and Sovereign is published by House of the Zodiac LLC under the Elian Voss Media imprint.
The seller is House of the Zodiac LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company (filing ID 2020-000917771), in good standing. Elian Voss Media is a publishing imprint, not a separate company, and is not a party to this agreement.
What you're buying
A digital copy of Signed and Sovereign: Independent Power in the Music Industry (ISBN 978-0-6113399-1-1), delivered as a PDF and an EPUB. Purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it and to use the toolkits in your own work — including commercially, in your own music career.
What you can't do with it
Don't redistribute, resell, republish or share the files, and don't reproduce substantial portions in your own products or courses. You're welcome to quote it with attribution. Using the templates and checklists in your own business is exactly the point; selling them on as your own is not.
Delivery
