Refund Policy

Applies to purchases of Signed and Sovereign (ISBN 978-0-6113399-1-1). Signed and Sovereign is published by House of the Zodiac LLC under the Elian Voss Media imprint.

The short version

If Signed and Sovereign isn't useful to you, email EV@houseofthezodiac.com within 14 days of your purchase and I'll refund you in full.

I'll ask one question — what didn't land — because that feedback is genuinely how the book gets better. You don't have to answer. The refund is not conditional on replying, and I won't ask twice.

What you need to do

• Email from the address you purchased with, or include it in the message.
• Send it within 14 days of the purchase date on your receipt.
• That's the whole process. No form, no reason required.

How the refund is issued

Refunds are issued by House of the Zodiac LLC back to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. They typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. You keep any files you've already downloaded — I'm not going to chase you for them.

After 14 days

The window closes at 14 days. If something has genuinely gone wrong — a corrupt file, a download that never worked, a charge you don't recognise — email me regardless of the date and I'll sort it out. A technical failure on my end isn't a refund request, it's a bug, and it gets fixed.
